If your company has not yet deregistered a vehicle with us, you will need to provide us with your details. Afterwards, you will receive a customer number, which will expedite future order processing. Since February 1, 2026, the customer number will also be included on your invoice. If your company is located in another EU country, we require a valid VAT ID number so that we can issue you a net invoice.

For "on-site" cancellations, we always require:
License plates (usually 2) and the vehicle registration certificate (Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil I)
Attention:
Please do not send us the vehicle registration document (Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil II).
After deregistration, I will send your vehicle registration certificate back to you by registered mail.
